Protecting our clients

We are committed to creating a COVID secure environment in our gym. The arrangements we have put in place to achieve this include:

Undertaking the required government risk assessment

Instructors taking 2 lateral flow COVID-19 tests each week and wearing masks until such time as all clients and instructors have been fully vaccinated (from 3 weeks after two vaccinations

Fully sanitising all equipment between each client

Provision of hand sanitising gel for use on entering the gym

Maintaining social distancing

The gym is air conditioned and well ventilated

Our asks of you

Please bring your own water bottle and towel

Please do not attend your appointment if you or anyone you live with has any of the following COVID-19 symptoms:

a high temperature - this means feeling hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to take your temperature)

a new continuous cough - this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it maybe worse than usual)

a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste - this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

Please do not attend if you have travelled overseas and are subject to quarantine requirements

Please complete the NHS Track & Trace information requirements when you arrive

Impact of cancelling sessions due to COVID-19

Please note if you are required to cancel sessions due to COVID-19 any prepaid sessions will not be forfeited - you will be able to rebook the session when you are able to return to personal training.
